What SEO Autopilot is

SEO Autopilot is an operational tool used by its account holder to research keywords, generate articles, publish them to connected websites, and share them on connected social and business-listing platforms. It is not a public sign-up service — access is restricted to authorized operators via a shared access code.

Data we store

For each connected site, we store the information needed to research, write, and publish content and to post to the platforms the operator connects, including:

  • Site details: domain, niche, description, brand voice, and brand styling.
  • Publishing credentials the operator provides: WordPress URL/username/application password, or a static-site deployment target.
  • Connected-platform credentials the operator provides: Facebook Page ID and access token, Google Business Profile account/location ID and refresh token, LinkedIn organization ID and OAuth client credentials/access token.
  • Generated content: keyword research results, article drafts and published articles, competitor research summaries, and records of posts made to connected platforms.

How platform connections are used

When an operator connects Facebook, Google Business Profile, or LinkedIn, SEO Autopilot uses the resulting credentials only to publish content the operator has generated and approved within the tool — for example, sharing a newly published article as a short post. We do not use these connections to read, message, or act on behalf of the account beyond posting content the operator initiates, and we do not sell or share connected platform data with third parties.

Third-party processors

Keyword and competitor data is sourced from DataForSEO. Article content is generated using Anthropic's Claude API. Application data is stored in Supabase. Each of these providers processes data solely to perform the function SEO Autopilot requests of them.

Data retention

Data is retained for as long as a site remains connected. Disconnecting a platform or removing a site deletes the associated stored credentials and stops any further activity on that platform.
